Seven to five calendar days before the official launch of your Challenge, release this communication to all invited players and stakeholders as part of the initial enrollment effort.

You'll see the letter has light-blue text sections to be filled in with specifics of your Series & Challenge. When complete, the communication has everything a player needs to know to get signed up. If you must add more, please keep it brief...
