Communication 3:

With one to two days left before launch, we change the audience and tone of the communication. We are only targeting players who have not yet enrolled and the message is clearly to let them know they are not behind! 

With a little studying in the Learn More Library, the procrastinators can easily compete with the early enrolls! Keep the tone of the message helpful and operate under the assumption that players really do want to play, they just don't want to look bad!
