Communication 4:

Communication #4 is actually not focused on a single type of correspondence.  Sure, we've provided you with a memo, but it's more of a direction than an 'ask'. The fact is chasing down missing players and stakeholders on Launch Day requires something a little more assertive than another email.

For any Launch, 100% enrollment and participation is ALWAYS the goal!  If you have players who aren't enrolled an hour or two before launch, we have found  9 out of 10 times a personal phone call or face-to-face interaction will inevitably get the best outcome! Don't hide behind a voice mail or text- Give the personal touch that lets your players know this Challenge is important...
